Good Points: Excellent location of the City Centre apartments, friendly and helpful staff, tasteful decor of the rooms. Comparing with the hotel rooms available for the same price in Ncl, the apartments offer much better value.
Bad Points: Traffic noise during the night at the Q-side apartments almost unbearable for those who are not used to it. Had to move out of this location and was transferred to the City Apartments which were much quieter.
General review: Very enjoyable stay. Will definitely recommend to anyone.

My husband, daughter and myself had the pleasure of staying at the City Apartments Newcastle Quayside during our whistle stop trip around the north east. We were very impressed with the whole experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, check in was quick and efficient and the apartment was very well appointed and comfortable. It was very cold when we arrived and the heating was more than adequate as we acclimatised to the temperature. The only downside was that we didn't have more time to extend our stay. The location is very handy for the city or coast. We left the car in the secure carpark and used taxis to get around at reasonable rates.
It is a pity there isn't more accomodation of this type in the UK as an alternative to hotels for families visiting from overseas where apartment accomodation is the norm. We will happily recommend this establishment to any visitors to the region and will be back to stay for a little longer next time.

Good Points: Very spacious apartment. Comfortable beds
Bad Points: Carpets were worn. Hole in the plasterwork in the bedroom. Water wasn't very hot for a bath.
General review: Very friendly and helpful check-in staff. Great location. Very spacious flat (3rd floor overlooking the Tyne). Beds were very comfortable too.
